Delivery of Orders
TJEM is not liable for any lost package sent out by Singpost. We highly recommend using registered mail to avoid any missing packages.
For any returned package to us due to an unsuccessful delivery, please allow a period of 2 weeks for the item to be resent to you.
If the shipping address has been typed wrongly and we have already shipped out your parcel, there will be additional charges for reshipping.
Orders will only be sent out after payment has been received. We are also not liable for any delays in delivery as we have no control over the delivery timings made by Singpost.
Return and Exchange
Exchanged goods will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase and if the item is unused and in original condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will issue an e-voucher of the same credit. This e-voucher is only valid up to a month upon date of issue and can only be used by the same customer. For any exchange or damaged goods issues, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.

We accept payments via paypal or DBS/UOB ibanking or ATM transfers
For Paypal, you are able to pay using a paypal account or directly from your debit/credit card. An order confirmation, payment processing and payment accepted email will be sent to you.
For DBS/UOB ibanking, we will require an email from you stating the transaction reference number together with your order reference number.
For ATM transfers, please keep your ATM transaction receipt, as we need the details on the receipt for verification purposes.
Payment must be made within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation for ibanking and ATM transfers.
Please give us up to 24 hours to verify your payment.
